Over the past 37 years I have been fortunate enough to have helped many families achieve home ownership.  I work with first-time home buyers, second-time home buyers, vacation home buyers, and people who refinance their properties.  

Referrals are my main source of business and for over three decades my care for my clients has awarded me hundreds of referrals.

I work with Conventional, FHA and VA loans.  I also serve Seniors by originating and educating families on Reverse Mortgages.  I am one of a few Senior Loan Officers that originate Reverse Mortgages for Seniors.  Serving Seniors and helping them to continue to stay in their homes is very rewarding.

I cover Minnesota, Wisconsin, Arizona, and Florida.
